Terms of Use
The terms under which you may read K-Culture Radar — what the site is, what belongs to whom, how you may use it, and how advertising, liability and law apply.
Scope
These terms apply to kcultureradar.com in every language (“the site”), published by the publisher named at the end of this page. By reading the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is
K-Culture Radar publishes explanatory articles and profiles about Korean entertainment. The site is for general information. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any artist, group, agency, broadcaster, streaming service or other company it writes about, and their names, logos and works remain their property.
Accuracy
We work carefully: every article cites its sources, is reviewed by an editor before publication and shows when it was last updated, and we correct errors when we learn of them. Even so, information about a fast-moving subject can be incomplete or become outdated, and we cannot guarantee that everything on the site is accurate, complete or current at the moment you read it. Do not rely on it for decisions that require certainty.
Intellectual property
The text, structure and original graphics of the site are protected by copyright and belong to the publisher unless stated otherwise. Videos are shown through YouTube’s official embedded player and remain the property of their owners; they are subject to YouTube’s terms of service. Images carry their credit and licence.
You may read the site, link to it, and quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, scrape or systematically collect the site’s content, whether by hand or by automated means, or use it to train machine-learning models, without our written permission.
If you are a rights holder and believe content on the site infringes your rights, contact us with the URL and a description of the work; we act promptly on substantiated requests.
Advertising and sponsored content
The site is supported by advertising. Ads are labelled “Advertisement” and are served by third parties who are responsible for their content. Any sponsored article will carry a visible “Sponsored” label with the sponsor’s name and, where required, sponsored links are marked as such. Advertising never influences editorial decisions.
Links to other sites
The site links to official channels, press articles and other external pages as sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the site or reliance on its content, from interruptions or errors, or from third-party content and links. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Changes to the site and to these terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy under the law of the country where you live.
