- The album introduction says the group's first mini-album is made of songs in several genres, including the title track 'FOCUS' and 'STYLE', the single released that June, and describes 'FOCUS' as a house-based song with a standout vintage piano riff, its lyrics capturing a state in which every nerve is focused on someone. It says the record also includes 'Pretty Please', released ahead of the album on 24 September.
The song
FOCUS is Hearts2Hearts’s first mini album, released on 20 October 2025. The album introduction on Bugs builds on the group’s run as “2025’s top rookies” and, alongside the earlier single ‘STYLE’, shows a broad musical spectrum across several genres.
It carries six tracks, and the title track ‘FOCUS’ is a house song with an addictive melody and sleek vocals. The rest of the record moves through nudisco, city pop, R&B and new jack swing.
