The album introduction presents this record as a continuation of the first mini album 'Take Off', with WayV arriving at their destination after the flight and resolving to make their own musical world more certain. The same text introduces the title song 'Moonwalk' as a song pairing an orchestral melody with a trap sound, and says members Hendery and YangYang took part in writing the lyrics and that six songs, two of them unit songs, are included.
