Concept
The album introduction presents the first full-length album as a 13-track record built on the resolve to forge LE SSERAFIM's own path regardless of how others judge them. It describes the title track 'UNFORGIVEN (feat. Nile Rodgers)' as a song that samples the main theme of the film 'The Good, the Bad and the Ugly' and adds Nile Rodgers' guitar, carrying a message of leaving the rules the world has set to go their own way.

The record

UNFORGIVEN is LE SSERAFIM’s first full-length album, released on 1 May 2023, the group’s first debut anniversary. It carries 13 tracks and the title track ‘UNFORGIVEN (feat. Nile Rodgers)’, featuring the guitarist Nile Rodgers. The album introduction on Bugs describes it as a record about charting the group’s own path regardless of others’ judgment, with the 13 tracks tied together into one story of five members moving toward shared goals.

The record also carries re-recorded “2023 Ver.” takes of songs from the group’s first two mini albums alongside the promoted tracks from ANTIFRAGILE, gathering the group’s first year since debut into one album.

After this

The first English digital single, Perfect Night, followed on 27 October the same year.
