One message

What brought Juun (주은) to Hearts2Hearts was a direct message on social media. In the first episode of the group’s reality show Chat Hearts2Hearts, Juun, Ian and Ye-on told how they had been scouted that way (Star News, 27 March 2025). When the agency revealed the members on 5 February 2025, it introduced her as a member who would show performances spanning many genres.

On debut day she introduced the title track of the first single The Chase: “It was an unfamiliar genre I had never heard before. It’s good just to listen to, but there are lots of beats and harmony sources hidden inside, so I’d be grateful if you listened closely for them.” On the performance she pointed out, “Gathering together to form a flower, or standing in a line and walking out confidently — that is the point of the ‘The Chase’ performance” (The Korea Economic Daily).

Stages built on dance

When the June single STYLE came out, she picked the final third-verse chorus as the highlight of the stage: “It’s choreographed differently from the first and second verses, and it’s the section where the mood builds and builds until the energy bursts, so you’ll get a feeling of dopamine popping” (SM Entertainment). In July she took part in the original-choreography challenge for ‘BTTF’, the title track of NCT DREAM’s fifth full album. For the music video of the first mini album FOCUS in October she filmed action scenes on wires, and at the showcase she said, “The staff on set and the teachers who helped with the action praised me a lot, so I gained confidence” (Star News).

Some stages came through seniors’ songs. At 2025 MBC Gayo Daejejeon on 31 December 2025 she covered Lee Hyori’s ‘Anymotion’ with Jiwoo and A-na (bnt News), and MBC posted Juun’s fancam of the stage on its official channel. At the Fukuoka concert of SMTOWN LIVE 2025-26 in Japan and the Bangkok concert in Thailand in February 2026 she performed the duet ‘Second’ with Girls’ Generation’s Hyoyeon (SM Entertainment, OSEN).

On stage for the February 2026 single RUDE!, the final chorus, in which the members stride out boldly with Juun at the centre, was singled out as a highlight (SM Entertainment). In an interview Newsen ran that June, she wrote down what a year on stage had taught her: “Doing countless stages over the year, I learned that it isn’t simply about dancing and singing — depending on how sincerely I give myself to the stage and enjoy it, the depth of feeling the fans and the audience watching feel is different, too.”
