My Bias, My Boss (최애의 사원) is a tvN Monday-Tuesday drama that began on 3 August 2026. tvN’s own page calls it an office growth romance about a new employee, Nam Da-reum, who set out to meet her bias and ended up working for him, and gives the slot as 8.45 p.m. KST on Mondays and Tuesdays. Nam Da-reum (Kim Hye-jun) has followed the idol Lee Chan (Cha Woo-min) for years and joins the fashion company he co-founded; there she runs into Kang Hoon’s character, the company’s other chief executive. The Korea Times describes the result as an office love triangle taking in the chief executive and one of the company’s directors. 박지현 and 정다형 direct, from a script by 이영 and 김지안; no English source fixes the Latin spelling of those four names, so they stay in Hangul here.

The source is 성은’s webtoon 우리 오빠는 아이돌. Xports News put the webtoon’s cumulative views at 600 million on 5 August 2026.

Why it broke out internationally

TV Report reported on 17 August 2026 that the series had reached the top three of Rakuten Viki’s weekly charts in North America, Europe, Oceania, the Middle East, North Africa and India, and the top five in the Korean and Asian section of Japan’s U-NEXT. The same piece placed it fifth on Good Data Corporation’s Fundex television drama buzz ranking. At home, Xports News gave episode one 4.2 per cent, with a peak of 5.3 per cent, and episode two 3.1 per cent.
