Hueningkai (휴닝카이) is a member of TOMORROW X TOGETHER, the five-member group that debuted on 4 March 2019. The group’s Japan official site gives his birth date as 14 August 2002 and introduces the team as five members: Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun and Hueningkai.
The fourth album The Star Chapter: TOGETHER, released on 21 July 2025, carried one solo song for each member, and Hueningkai’s is ‘Dance With You’, a contemporary R&B track built on a groovy guitar riff and a trap beat. Sports Kyunghyang wrote that the song likens wanting to understand someone and grow like them to dancing together, and that the music video, posted to the HYBE LABELS YouTube channel at midnight on 2 August, was filmed in Mexico. He said through the agency: “When I first heard the song I felt a strong South American leaning and thought it would suit Mexico well. Filming was tight because it ran alongside festival dates, but seeing the result I’m happy with it.”
His name is on the album work too. Star News, reporting the track list of the eighth mini album 7TH YEAR: A Moment of Stillness in the Thorns on 5 April 2026, wrote that Hueningkai lent a hand on the melody of the track ‘21st Century Romance’. At the media showcase on 13 April he described how the record was made: “On the earlier albums we had to express ourselves within a theme that was already set; this time it was work where the members and I made something out of nothing.”
He has also released a cover apart from the group’s schedule. According to MHN, his cover of ‘Only Thing I Ever Get For Christmas’ went up as a video and an audio track on the team’s official social accounts and SoundCloud at 6 p.m. on 22 December 2025. Hueningkai said through the agency: “The fans had been waiting for a cover from me, and I wanted to give them one in time for the end of the year,” adding that he chose the song because it carried the message he wanted to pass on.
The official music videos are on the HYBE LABELS YouTube channel, and the group’s own channel is at youtube.com/@TXT_bighit. K-Culture Radar links to official uploads rather than re-hosting them.
