Leeseo is a vocalist of IVE, the six-member girl group under STARSHIP Entertainment. She was the last of the six to be introduced, in November 2021, and the group debuted with its first single on 1 December 2021.
Leeseo is a member of IVE, the six-member girl group under STARSHIP Entertainment. The PROFILE page of IVE’s official site gives the agency as Starship Entertainment and the debut date as 1 December 2021, and puts Leeseo last in the line-up with her birth date, 21 February 2007.
The run of member reveals before the debut ended with Leeseo. Newsis, reporting the last of them on 8 November 2021, wrote that she was born in 2007 and would take the vocal position in IVE, joining as its maknae, the youngest member of the group. That completed the six, and the group debuted with the first single ELEVEN on 1 December. A month later the self-produced content 1,2,3 IVE opened the trainee days that came before it, as Newsis reported on 21 December.
In her third year Leeseo took a host’s chair. Star News reported on 23 April 2024 that she had been chosen as a new host of SBS’s Inkigayo, starting with the broadcast of 28 April alongside ZEROBASEONE’s Han Yujin and the actor Moon Sung-hyun. The same article called it her first regular music-show hosting job.
Her agency carried her words at the time: “It is such an honour to host ‘Inkigayo’. I am excited and looking forward to this precious chance, and since I have been trusted with it, I will work hard to bring bright energy every week to DIVE (the official fan club name) and to the viewers who love ‘Inkigayo’.”
That connection carried to Japan in the autumn of 2026. Star News reported on 22 September that Leeseo was hosting Inkigayo Live in Tokyo, held on 22 and 23 September at the Belluna Dome in Saitama Prefecture, and wrote that IVE would perform on the 23rd. Leeseo said: “I am so glad and excited to be with ‘Inkigayo’ once again.”
REVIVE+ carries one solo song for each member, and Leeseo’s is ‘Super ICY’. The album information on Bugs credits the lyrics to Leeseo and Jo Yoon-kyung; Lewis Jankel and three others with MLITE composed it, and Shift K3Y arranged it.
Sports Kyunghyang reported on 29 May 2026 that the make-up brand LIZDA had chosen Leeseo as its new brand muse. According to the same report she fronts the brand’s global campaign for its idol prep primer line, with a photoshoot, campaign content and new-product visuals to follow in turn.
‘Super ICY’, which Leeseo wrote, is on REVIVE+, and the single she debuted with is ELEVEN. The September 2026 dates in Japan are picked up by the timeline on the IVE hub.

IVE's second world tour, 'SHOW WHAT I AM', played three shows at Taipei Arena from 11 to 13 September 2026. Taiwan's Liberty Times reported that all 33,000 tickets for the three nights sold out. The final night, 13 September, was streamed live on Mnet Plus from 7 p.m. KST.
