A debut stands before IVE. Seoul Shinmun put IZ*ONE’s on 29 October 2018, at a showcase for the first album COLOR*IZ held at the Olympic Hall in Songpa-gu, Seoul, where the debut title track ‘La Vie en Rose’ was performed for the first time; the twelve members the same report names include An Yu-jin.
When STARSHIP Entertainment began introducing the new group one member a day, An Yu-jin came first. Hankook Ilbo reported on 3 November 2021 that she was born in 2003 and would lead the team as IVE’s leader and vocalist. Two days later Seoul Economic Daily described IVE as the first girl group Starship Entertainment had presented in five years and noted that three members — the leader Yujin, Gaeul and Wonyoung — had been revealed.
The description stayed. Newspim captioned a photo story from the press conference for the third mini album IVE EMPATHY on 3 February 2025 “An Yu-jin, the leader of IVE, introducing the album”.
The second full-length album REVIVE+ fills its back six tracks with one solo song per member, and the one that fell to An Yu-jin is ‘Force’. The album information on Bugs credits the lyrics to Kim Hye-i (ARTiffect) and the composition to Dem Jointz, Ido Nadjar and others. The record came out on 23 February 2026; Munhwa Ilbo reported that it carries twelve tracks, including the double title tracks ‘BLACKHOLE’ and ‘BANG BANG’.
An Yu-jin has twice been a fixed cast member of the same kind of mystery variety show. Sports Kyunghyang reported on 10 February 2024 that she was joining Tving’s 크라임씬 리턴즈 (Crime Scene Returns) as a new player. Star News reported on 23 September 2025 that Netflix’s 크라임씬 제로 (Crime Scene Zero) was released that day with her again in the fixed cast, and quoted her: “I am so glad and honoured to greet everyone again with ‘Crime Scene Zero’.”
tvN’s 뿅뿅 지구오락실3 (Ppyongppyong Jigu-oraksil 3), a game-show series, was on the same year’s schedule. Star News reported on 7 July 2025 that the finale had aired on 4 July and that An Yu-jin took part in its curling round. She said on air: “I’m getting ready for the comeback now.”
The brand record starts the year after her debut. Edaily reported on 24 December 2022 that the make-up brand Clio had made her its Korean brand ambassador, and News1 reported on 8 April 2025 that Lacoste had named her its official ambassador for Korea.
One of the autumn 2026 dates is an exhibition. Newsis reported on 26 August that An Yu-jin and Jang Wonyoung were preparing an exhibition named after them both, ‘AN-YOUNG’, and the Korea Economic Daily reported on 2 September that it runs from 5 to 27 September at The Seoullitium in Seongdong-gu, Seoul. IVE are a six-member girl group under Starship Entertainment — An Yu-jin, Gaeul, Rei, Jang Wonyoung, Liz and Leeseo — who debuted on 1 December 2021 with the single ELEVEN. Their second full-length album REVIVE+ followed on 23 February 2026, and the official fan club is called DIVE.
IVE's An Yu-jin and Jang Wonyoung opened 'AN-YOUNG', an exhibition named after them both. Announced on 26 August, it opened on 5 September at THE SEOULITEUM in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, with a run announced to 27 September. It held unreleased photographs, participatory media art and hologram spaces.
IVE's second world tour, 'SHOW WHAT I AM', played three shows at Taipei Arena from 11 to 13 September 2026. Taiwan's Liberty Times reported that all 33,000 tickets for the three nights sold out. The final night, 13 September, was streamed live on Mnet Plus from 7 p.m. KST.
