Yoonchae (윤채) is a member of KATSEYE, the six-member girl group on HYBE x Geffen Records, the label HYBE and Geffen Records set up together. The group was formed through The Debut: Dream Academy, the audition programme that ran from September to November 2023, and debuted on 28 June 2024. The official site prints a city in brackets beside each member’s name; beside Yoonchae’s it prints Seoul. Grammy.com reported in August 2024 that Yoonchae was born in Korea, and Seoul is the one Korean city among the six the official site prints beside the members’ names.

KATSEYE are a six-member girl group on HYBE x Geffen Records — Daniela, Lara, Manon, Megan, Sophia and Yoonchae. Formed through the 2023 audition programme The Debut: Dream Academy, they debuted on 28 June 2024, and their third mini album Wild entered the Billboard 200 at No. 1 in August 2026.
