나린
Narin (나린) was the last member of MEOVV to be revealed, rapping in her debut trailer. She has co-written lyrics on several songs and in March 2026 sang her first drama OST, 'NO SAVIOR'.
Newsis reported that on 30 August 2024 THEBLACKLABEL released a teaser and trailer for Narin, the last member of MEOVV, on its official social media channels. With that all five members, Ella, Gawon, Sooin, Anna and Narin, had been revealed, and the same article noted that Narin raps in the video.
Narin herself names the debut single ‘MEOW’ as the song that shows her voice best. In a W Korea interview published on 21 April 2026 she said she likes a dense voice: “The vocals on this song, which has a strong hip-hop base, feel the most like me.”
Narin’s lyric credits begin with ‘TOXIC’ in November 2024. According to THEBLACKLABEL’s album introductions, ‘LIT RIGHT NOW’ from the first mini album and ‘BURNING UP’ in October 2025 followed, and on the second mini album, BITE NOW, she co-wrote the lyrics of four songs: the title track, ‘Revenge’, ‘Favorite song’ and ‘In my hands’. W Korea wrote that Narin takes the hook on several songs, ‘BURNING UP’ among them.
At the showcase for the first mini album, MY EYES OPEN VVIDE, on 12 May 2025, Narin compared the MEOVV of the debut to a chic, aloof black cat and named her next goal: “I’d like to aim for the label ‘all-round cat’” (Sports Kyunghyang).
SPOTV News reported on 20 March 2026 that Narin would sing ‘NO SAVIOR’, the first OST of the tvN weekend drama Mad Concrete Dreams. Released at 6 p.m. the next day, the song was Narin’s first OST since her debut and the first insert song the drama put out: an ending theme depicting a character at an end without salvation who chooses their own hell. Narin told W Korea that in recording she “tried a vocal texture completely different from usual”, and described the work as a way of “bringing out a voice I hadn’t been able to fully show in MEOVV’s activities.”
The same interview introduced Narin as a well-known avid reader and brought back what she had said on the YouTube channel Minumsa TV in 2025: “Some books make me feel filled up when I read them, but the classics, if anything, make me feel emptied out.” The book that taught her that emptying, Narin said, was Hermann Hesse’s Siddhartha. She first put it down before reaching the halfway point, then picked it up again after reading more classics and found it enjoyable.
