KISS OF LIFE Win a Bonsang and Best Female Group at the 2026 SKA, Ahead of Their Second Japanese Mini Album

What happened

KISS OF LIFE won a bonsang and Best Female Group at the 2026 SPOTV K-POP AWARDS (SKA), held at KINTEX in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, on 6 September 2026. SPOTV News and Topstar News both reported the two awards.

In their acceptance speech the members said: “We think we were given this award as a sign to always keep our first resolve and grow into cooler artists. We are grateful to our agency family and staff, who always make us shine and lead us, and to our fandom KISSY, who believe in us whatever the situation.” According to SPOTV News, they went on to thank fans in English and Thai as well, so the speech ran across three languages.

Why is it trending?

Two songs from this year were cited behind the awards. Topstar News reported that the musical colour and performance shown in ‘Who is she’ and ‘SWEAT’ were mentioned as the reason for the win.

Those songs filled their stage at the ceremony too. According to the same outlet, the group followed an opening performance built around each member with ‘SWEAT’ and ‘WHAT!’, and during ‘WHAT!’ they moved from the main stage out onto the thrust stage.
