What Opens a RESCENE Fan Club Pre-sale

RESCENE’s official fan club, REMINE, carries five membership benefits, and the second of them is a pre-sale for the group’s own concerts. A pre-sale is a booking window opened to a defined group before the general sale.

The recruitment notice gives the item one line. It is a pre-sale benefit for RESCENE’s own concerts, and it is provided upon agreement with the organisers. That condition is the point: the benefit is not a door that joining opens by itself, and at the group’s first fan concert in 2025 there were two further stages between joining and the pre-sale.

This guide reads two notices side by side. One is the recruitment notice that sets the benefit; the other is the booking notice for 2025 RESCENE 1st FAN-CON [Project 326], which records the order in which the benefit actually opened. 1. Read what benefit two actually says

The recruitment notice lists five membership benefits. The first is the REMINE digital membership card; the second is the pre-sale benefit for RESCENE’s own concerts. The remaining three are fan-club-only content inside the Plus Chat RESCENE community, content reserved for the global official fan club, and priority participation in official schedules such as public broadcasts and events.

One condition is attached to the second item: it is provided upon agreement with the organisers. The notice does not say that a pre-sale will open for any particular show. Whether one opens, and on what terms, is announced show by show — and the 2025 fan concert read here is one such case.

2. The first stage is joining

The notice sets the fee at 25,000 won, or 22 USD or 3,000 JPY. Eligibility is open to fans wherever they live, and the member must have joined the Plus Chat RESCENE official community.

Two numbers govern the period. Benefits are granted immediately on purchase, and the membership is valid for one year from the date of joining — so the membership has to be live on the day a pre-sale opens for that show to reach the member.

The name on the account is set here too. The notice states that a person may hold one membership under their own Plus Chat ID, and that registration under another person’s name, other than a parent or sibling, or multiple registrations, results in every order but the first being cancelled.

3. The second stage is the survey

The booking notice for the 2025 fan concert opens with the fan club pre-sale survey. Its full name is the survey consenting to the provision of personal information to a third party for the pre-sale benefit, and it is completed on Plus Chat.

The name explains why the stage exists. The fan club is run by the agency and the booking is taken by the ticketing site, so the member’s own consent is what carries the fact of membership across to the ticketing site.

The notice is explicit about skipping it. Anyone who does not take part in the survey cannot receive the fan club pre-sale benefit; a member may take the survey immediately after joining, but a fan club membership taken out after the survey has closed does not receive the pre-sale benefit. 4. The third stage is verification at the ticketing site

The next stage is fan club verification inside NOL Ticket. If the survey is the Plus Chat side of the procedure, verification is the ticketing site’s, and the notice states that the pre-sale and the fan club ticket discount are available only to those who have completed both.

It had its own window. For the 2025 fan concert, the fan club pre-sale verification period ran from 4 p.m. on 16 July to 11:59 p.m. on 22 July.

5. The four periods are not one schedule

The schedule the booking notice sets out for the 2025 fan concert has four stages, and the periods sometimes overlap and sometimes do not.

The survey ran to 11:59 p.m. on 14 July. Fan club pre-sale verification opened at 4 p.m. on 16 July and closed at 11:59 p.m. on 22 July. The fan club pre-sale ran from 8 p.m. on 21 July to 11:59 p.m. on 22 July. The general sale opened at 8 p.m. on 23 July.

A week separated the survey deadline from the start of the pre-sale, and the verification window overlapped the pre-sale by its final two days. The four periods are written separately, not as one schedule.

6. Where the discount attaches

The notice lists two ticket types. The Plus Ticket was 178,200 won, with a fan club pre-sale price of 168,000 won; the Ticket was 99,000 won, with a fan club pre-sale price of 89,000 won.

The notice describes the Plus Ticket as the seating closest to the artists at the fan concert, and as the ticket that admits the holder to the MEET&GREET event after the performance.

The discount hangs on the same condition as the pre-sale. The notice’s own sentence is that the pre-sale and the fan club ticket discount are available to those who have completed both the survey and fan club verification.

7. Read the cases in which the benefit ends

The important notes in the recruitment notice set out four ways the benefit stops.

First, misuse of pre-sale privileges, such as ticket reselling, may result in the ticket being cancelled and fan club membership being terminated without prior notice. Second, fan club benefits are provided to the member alone and may not be transferred or sold; where that is found, the membership is withdrawn immediately and the person is no longer eligible for future benefits. Third, leaving the RESCENE official community during the membership period ends the benefits. Fourth, once registration is complete, cancellation, transfer or refund on a change of mind is not permitted.

The fan etiquette notice points at the same place. It states that a breach may restrict or remove REMINE membership and its benefits, and that a person placed on the blacklist may be barred from all later fan activity, including public broadcasts, fansigns (팬사인회) and events.

8. If the membership is in a family member’s name

The notice states that a person unable to register under their own name may register under the name of a parent or sibling. In that case a separate set of documents is required when the benefit is claimed: proof of the family relationship, the account holder’s ID, and the member’s own ID.

The same shape appears in the public broadcast fan club seat items. That notice likewise asks a member registered in a family member’s name to bring the account holder’s ID, the attending person’s own ID and a family relationship certificate.

9. Where to ask when something is stuck

The notices name different desks for different questions. Questions about joining the fan club go to the Plus Chat 1:1 inquiry board. Questions about booking and cancellation are the ticketing site’s: NOL Ticket gives 1544-1555 for product and cancellation inquiries, open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day of the year.

The cancellation fee is the ticketing site’s rule as well. Up to 10 days before the performance it is 4,000 won per ticket; from nine to seven days before, 10 per cent of the ticket price; from six to three days before, 20 per cent; and from two days before until the cancellation deadline, 30 per cent. A cancellation made before midnight on the day of booking carries no fee.

10. These figures belong to that show

Every date and figure above belongs to 2025 RESCENE 1st FAN-CON [Project 326]. The fan concert was held at 2 p.m. on 9 August 2025 at the Grand Auditorium of Sungshin Women’s University Unjeong Green Campus, and the minimum age was seven.

Sports Kyunghyang, citing the agency, reported that every seat sold out, and described it as the group’s first solo fan concert, about one year and five months after their debut in March 2024. In the same article RESCENE said: “The fan concert is one day away. Picturing a hall filled with REMINE, the fandom name, we are really nervous and excited.”
