How to join RESCENE's official fan club REMINE
REMINE is both RESCENE's fandom name and a paid one-year membership on Plus Chat. What it costs, what it includes, what it does not and what stays free.
RESCENE have one paid official fan club, and its name is also the name of the fandom as a whole — which is where the confusion usually starts. A fan club (팬클럽) in Korean pop is not a place anyone turns up to; it is a membership sold as a product and valid for a fixed term.
This guide separates the free name from the paid product, then goes through the paid one in order: where it is sold, what it costs, what it asks for at registration and which of that is permanent, what the membership includes, what it does not include and what needs no membership at all. Every step below was held against THE MUZE Entertainment’s own notice and the membership’s own product page on 27 August 2026. Where the official text does not answer something, this guide says so instead of filling the gap.
1. Tell the fandom name apart from the paid membership
REMINE (리마인) is RESCENE’s fandom name (팬덤명) — the collective name for the people who listen to the group. THE MUZE Entertainment, the agency (소속사) that manages RESCENE, picked it through an open public call: anyone could submit a name through a form, free of charge, between 3 June 2024 and 10 June 2024, and the notice states that the rights to the chosen name belong to the company. The name was revealed on 10 July 2024 during a live broadcast, and Sports Kyunghyang reported the following day that it reads as a variation of REMIND, plus RESCENE and MINE.
Nothing is signed and nothing is paid to be a REMINE in that sense.
The paid thing is a separate product with almost the same name: RESCENE Global Official Fanclub ‘REMINE’, a one-year membership sold on the group’s own official online space. Korean press uses 팬클럽 for the fandom as a whole — Star News in August 2026 writes about 리센느 팬클럽 ‘리마인’ — so a news sentence about “the fanclub” is usually about the fandom, not about anyone’s membership. Everything after this step is about the product.
2. Open RESCENE’s official space, and check the address
RESCENE’s official space sits on Mnet Plus (엠넷플러스), a platform operated by CJ ENM, and the app half of it is called Plus Chat (플러스챗) — the fan-community app CJ ENM publishes for iPhone and Android. The app itself is free to install; some things inside it are sold.
The address matters more here than it does for most acts, because it has changed. THE MUZE Entertainment’s notice of 11 November 2024 announced that RESCENE’s official home was moving off the agency’s own site, themuze.kr, on 13 November 2024, and that notices, the schedule and content would be published on the new b.stage / Plus Chat space from then on, while themuze.kr kept album and event information. The address that 2024 notice named is not the address the space answers on today.
As of 27 August 2026:
- The official space is at artist.mnetplus.world/main/stg/rescene-official
- Its notices are readable in a browser, with no account and no payment
- The membership is sold in the SHOP part of that same space, which the recruitment notice calls the Plus Chat RESCENE SHOP
A link saved from an older post can point at one of the earlier addresses, which is the ordinary reason a search result for this fan club opens nothing.
3. Join the Plus Chat RESCENE community first
The recruitment notice makes one thing a condition of eligibility: the buyer has to have joined the Plus Chat RESCENE Official Community before the membership can be bought. The community is the free part of the space — the board where the agency posts and where members-only content later appears.
Two consequences the notice states plainly:
- The Plus Chat ID has to be the buyer’s own, under the buyer’s own name. Registering under someone else’s name cancels every order after the first, with one exception covered under registration below.
- Leaving the community afterwards ends the provision of the fan club benefits. The membership does not survive outside the community it is attached to.
The notice does not describe the Plus Chat sign-up screens themselves, and neither does this guide. What it does say is that the account used has to belong to the person named on the membership.
4. Check the fee and the term before paying
The recruitment notice gives the fee as 25,000 KRW / 22 USD / 3,000 JPY. The product page carries the same 25,000 KRW price, a term of twelve months and a single payment rather than a recurring subscription. In plain terms: one payment, no renewal charge, one year counted from the day the membership is bought, benefits granted immediately on purchase, one membership per person.
There is no round to wait for and no deadline in the notice. An early-bird round ran from 17 April 2025 to 14 May 2025 and closed. Ongoing recruitment has run, in the notice’s own wording, from midnight after 15 May 2025, and no closing date is given. The product page was live and on sale when this guide was checked on 27 August 2026. As of that date the ongoing recruitment notice is the current one; no second-round or renewal notice was found on the official notice listing, which is not the same as saying none exists.
The notice also sets its own refund terms: no refund once benefits have been used, and no change-of-mind cancellation after registration is complete.
Three things the official text does not state, and this guide will not guess at: which payment methods appear at checkout; whether the USD and JPY figures are charged in those currencies or converted; and whether a Korean phone number or a Korean payment card is needed. No official notice answers any of the three.
5. Enter the registration details exactly — they cannot be changed
The notice says the membership is open to fans worldwide, in Korea and abroad, and it asks for three things at registration:
- The name as it appears on an ID or passport. Members outside Korea are told to give the English name exactly as the passport spells it, spacing and capitalisation included.
- The date of birth, as eight digits in YYYYMMDD form — 3 July 1990 is entered as 19900703.
- Contact information, which is the number the membership is then tied to.
None of the three can be modified after purchase. That is the sentence in the notice worth reading twice: a misspelled passport name or a mistyped birth date is not a support ticket afterwards, it is the membership’s permanent record.
There is one exception to the own-name rule. A membership may be registered under a parent’s or a sibling’s name; when benefits are claimed, proof of the family relationship, that family member’s ID and the claimant’s own ID are required.
The notice does not state a minimum age for buying a membership, and this guide does not infer one.
6. Find the digital membership card in the app
The first of the five listed benefits is a digital membership card (디지털 회원 카드) — the membership as it exists inside Plus Chat. There is no plastic card and nothing arrives by post.
The agency’s broadcast-requirements notice says where the card lives and how it is read: tap the profile image, then 내 멤버십 (my membership), then 멤버십 상세보기 (membership details). The membership number is on that screen. Where the card is checked in person it has to be shown live in the app — a printout or a screenshot is not accepted — and the phone number given has to be the one registered to the membership.
If the payment goes through and the card does not appear, or if any registration detail turns out wrong, the recruitment notice names one channel for membership questions: the 1:1 inquiry board (1:1 문의) inside Plus Chat. That is the official route, and it is the agency’s own. A fan account is not a support channel.
7. Read what the membership includes, and what it does not
The recruitment notice and the product page carry the same five benefits, and the list is short enough to give in full:
- The digital membership card.
- Pre-sale (선예매) access for RESCENE’s own concerts — a ticket window that opens before general sale — qualified in the notice as “upon agreement with organizers”, so it is not guaranteed for every show.
- Access to fan club-exclusive content inside the Plus Chat RESCENE community.
- Access to exclusive RESCENE Global Official Fanclub content.
- Priority participation in RESCENE’s official schedules, such as public broadcasts (공개방송) and events.
What a pre-sale window has looked like once: for the 2025 RESCENE 1st FAN-CON: Project 326, held on 9 August 2025 at Sungshin Women’s University Unjeong Green Campus, the ticket operator’s notice puts the fan club window at 8 p.m. KST on 21 July 2025 and the general window at 8 p.m. KST on 23 July 2025.
Two things readers often expect are not on that list.
- There is no welcome kit. Nothing is posted out. The only physical item ever attached to this membership was an early-bird photocard set, which needed its own separate application by 21 May 2025 and is closed.
- Voting is not among the listed benefits. The notice grants no vote of any kind.
The fourth benefit is administered through separate notices: a fan club-exclusive gift application notice sits on the official space with its title public and its contents readable only from inside the membership, so what any particular one contains cannot be read from outside.
The fifth benefit is the one that reaches the physical world. Fan club seating (팬클럽석) at the recording of a music show requires the digital card among other items, and those other items are set by the agency per release — the current notice is versioned “260707ver.” and is rewritten around whatever the current single is. The accurate thing to say about them is that they are published per event on the official space, and the current version is linked in the sources below.
8. See what needs no membership at all
Most of what the agency publishes sits outside the membership entirely, and several of these need no account:
- The official YouTube channel: music videos, performance videos and behind-the-scenes content. Woni also runs her own YouTube channel, also free.
- The official Instagram, X and TikTok accounts. X is the channel the agency names for same-day changes to event notices.
- The official notices themselves. The notice listing and the community board on artist.mnetplus.world answered a browser without a login on 27 August 2026 — fansign notices, showcase notices, fan chant guides, milestone posts. This is where announcements are actually made.
- The agency’s own site, themuze.kr, which keeps album and event information.
- A fan letter by post. The agency publishes an address and its conditions: letters and postcards only, no gifts or photobooks enclosed and post without legible sender details is returned. The published address is (06049) 서울 강남구 도산대로30길 33-12, 더뮤즈엔터테인먼트 RESCENE, with the member’s name after it.
- The music, on whatever service the reader already uses. No membership is involved either way.
Set against that, the paid membership adds the digital card, the pre-sale window where organisers agree, two tiers of members-only content and the card that a fan club seat at a recording requires. That is the whole of what the notice promises.
Frequently asked questions
Is the membership a monthly subscription?
No. The product page lists a single payment and a twelve-month term, and the recruitment notice says benefits are valid for one year from the date of joining. Neither text carries a recurring charge.
Has the sign-up round closed?
No. The early-bird round closed on 14 May 2025, and ongoing recruitment has run since 15 May 2025 with no closing date in the notice. The product page was on sale when this guide was checked on 27 August 2026, and as of that date the ongoing recruitment notice is the current one.
Can someone outside Korea join?
The notice says the membership is open to fans worldwide, in Korea and abroad, and tells international members to give the English name exactly as their passport spells it. What no official text states is whether a Korean phone number or a Korean payment method is needed at checkout, so this guide does not answer that either way.
Does a welcome kit arrive in the post?
No. Nothing is posted out. The only physical item attached to this membership was an early-bird photocard set with its own application deadline of 21 May 2025, and that round is closed.
Does membership come with a vote?
Voting is not among the five benefits the notice and the product page list. Those five are the digital card, concert pre-sale, two kinds of members-only content and priority participation in official schedules.
Can the membership be refunded?
The notice states there is no refund once benefits have been used, and no cancellation for a change of mind after registration is complete.
What happens if the community is left?
The notice states that leaving the Plus Chat RESCENE Official Community ends the provision of the fan club benefits. The membership is attached to that community.
Where do membership questions go?
The recruitment notice names the 1:1 inquiry board inside Plus Chat as the channel for membership questions. That is the agency’s own route, and it is the one to use when a payment or a registration detail goes wrong.
