What a RESCENE Fan Club Seat Is Checked Against
RESCENE's fan club seats at a music show recording are checked against six items set by one notice from the agency. This guide reads that notice — the accepted ID documents, the light stick, the two opened album versions, the printed Melon receipt, the membership card and the streaming report screen.
Being drawn for a fan club seat at a RESCENE music show recording is not the end of it. There is a separate list of items checked at the venue, and one notice from the agency, THE MUZE Entertainment, sets it. A public broadcast here means a recording or live show that a broadcaster runs with an audience in the studio; fan club seating is the part of that audience the act’s agency runs.
This guide reads the six items the notice lists, one by one: what has to be the physical object, what has to be a screen in an app, which documents count only as paper printouts, and which item stops being needed after it has been checked once. The version read here is 260707ver., checked against the notice itself on 11 September 2026. What the notice does not state, this guide does not state either, and it explains the procedure without asking anyone to take part in it.
1. Read the version stamp on the notice first
The notice carries a version in its own title. The current one is ‘RESCENE 공개 방송 준비물 안내 (260707ver.)’ — the guide to items for a public broadcast, 260707 version — and that stamp is there because the list is rewritten for each round of promotions rather than fixed once.
It has changed. The episode notice for the SBS Inkigayo broadcast of 1 September 2024 listed four items and pointed at version 240829ver.; the current list has six. The items below are those six, and the entry notice published for each individual episode is the final word for that day.
2. Check which ID documents are accepted
The notice names a passport, a Korean resident registration card, a driver’s licence, a youth ID card, a mobile ID issued through Government24, the Ministry of the Interior and Safety or PASS, and an alien registration card.
The form matters as much as the document. Photographs of a card and scans of it are not accepted, and the document has to carry the holder’s name, date of birth and photograph. Where a document does not print a date of birth, the notice asks for an additional paper printout that does — a resident registration abstract, a health insurance card or a family relation certificate. Without an identity document, the notice states, identity cannot be confirmed and entry is not possible.
3. Note that the light stick is asked for as the object
The second item is the physical RESCENE light stick — the fandom’s official illuminated baton, waved at concerts and recordings — and the notice links the page that sells it.
No substitute is written into this item. Nothing in the notice allows a photograph or a screen in its place, and this guide does not invent one.
4. Read what condition the physical albums are checked in
The third item, for the current promotions, is the physical album in both standard editions of the 3rd Mini Album lip bomb — balm ver. and tint ver. The notice asks for opened copies, and says the album cover, the photobook and the CD are enough: the rest of the package need not be brought.
One mechanism ends the repetition. After the albums have been checked, an attendance board is handed out; once it carries the album-verified sticker, the album no longer has to be brought. The board is filled in with a name and a date of birth. The notice also states that misuse — passing one album around — carries a penalty when it is found.
5. Read what the download receipt has to show
The fourth item is the download receipt for the Special Single ‘Pretty Girl’ together with a printout of the buyer’s page on the music service. The notice draws the boundary narrowly: only purchases on Melon, the Korean music service, count, and only individual-track MP3 purchases.
That makes two sheets of paper. Both the purchase receipt and the account information page have to be brought as physical printouts; a phone screen and a screenshot are not accepted. The account page has to show the name and the age, which have to match the identity document presented, and the receipt has to include the account’s own nickname at the top. The account must be the attendee’s own, or that of an immediate family member provable with a family relation certificate.
The notice gives the path as well. The receipt sits under Melon’s passes and payment information, in the purchase list, on the page for individual tracks, videos and albums; the name and age sit under My Information, in personal information management.
6. Find where the digital membership card opens
The fifth item is the REMINE digital membership card, the first of the five benefits the recruitment notice lists. At the venue neither a printout nor a screenshot of it is accepted: the card has to be shown live, in the Plus Chat app.
The path to it runs from the profile image at the top right of the Plus Chat app or page to My Membership and then to the membership detail view, which is also where the membership number is. The contact number given has to be the one the membership was registered with.
There is a separate rule for a membership registered in a relative’s name. The information entered is the attendee’s, not the registered holder’s, and three documents come to the venue: the holder’s ID, the attendee’s own ID, and the family relation certificate.
7. Read which screen the streaming check is
The sixth item is the Melon streaming count for ‘Pretty Girl’. Like the membership card, it is a screen in the app rather than paper: the path runs from the song’s information page in Melon to its streaming report.
The threshold is not fixed. The notice states that the streaming count may change for each public broadcast. The account condition is the one from the fourth item: the attendee’s own account, or an immediate family member’s, with the family relation certificate brought along.
8. Note that this list belongs to RESCENE
Other agencies publish notices of the same shape, and they do not say the same thing. EVERGLOW’s official site published one on 3 March 2026, versioned the same way as 260303 ver., and it sets out an entry order that ranks pre-registered attendees with their items first, then latecomers, then people joining on the day; it also allows an album purchase receipt to stand in for the physical album in the first week of promotions, as a paper printout, and lists accepted ID documents separately for Korean adults, Korean minors and foreign nationals.
Some of it does overlap: both notices accept Melon alone for the music purchase check, and both require every track on the promoted album to be bought as an individual download. The list to read, though, is always the one the act’s own agency published.
9. Find the official channel for when something goes wrong
For the membership itself the recruitment notice names one channel: the 1:1 inquiry inside Plus Chat. A payment that went through while the card does not appear, or registration information that turns out to be wrong, goes there.
For an individual episode the notices name a different one. The 2024 entry notices asked readers to check changes on RESCENE’s official X account. The items notice itself sits on the public notice list of the official space and opens in a browser without an account or a payment.
Frequently asked questions
Why is some of it paper and some of it a screen?
The notice sets the form item by item. The identity document, the light stick and the albums are the objects themselves; the download receipt and the account page are paper printouts; the digital membership card and the streaming count are screens inside their apps, and for those two the notice says a printout or a screenshot is not accepted.
Does the album have to be brought every time?
The notice says that once the attendance board handed out after the album check carries the album-verified sticker, the album no longer has to be brought. The board is filled in with a name and a date of birth.
Can someone sit in fan club seating without the fan club membership?
The fifth of the six items is the REMINE digital membership card. The list is the one for fan club seating, and the notice says nothing about any other seat.
What if the membership was registered in a relative’s name?
The notice asks for the attendee’s own information to be entered rather than the registered holder’s, and for three documents at the venue: the holder’s ID, the attendee’s ID and the family relation certificate.
How many streams does the streaming check ask for?
The notice gives no number and says the count may change for each public broadcast, so no number is given here either. The screen it is read from is the streaming report inside the song’s information page in Melon.
When does the list change?
The version stamp in the notice’s title is the answer. The September 2024 episodes pointed at 240829ver. with four items; the current notice is 260707ver. with six. The entry notice for each episode is the final word for that day.
