Lisa has been a member of BLACKPINK since the group's debut in August 2016. Her solo work runs through LLOUD, the company she founded in 2024, and her first solo album ALTER EGO arrived in February 2025.
Lisa (리사) is a member of BLACKPINK, which debuted on 8 August 2016 with the single album SQUARE ONE. The Nation and the Bangkok Post both report that she was born in Buri Ram, Thailand. In April 2024 Soompi reported that LLOUD — the management company she founded earlier that year — had signed her to RCA Records for her solo work, while her BLACKPINK activities remained with YG Entertainment.
Her first solo full-length album, ALTER EGO, was released on 28 February 2025 with the title track “FUTW”, and entered the Billboard 200 at number seven and the Top Album Sales chart at number one. In October 2025 the Tourism Authority of Thailand named her Amazing Thailand Ambassador for twelve months, and in June 2026 she performed at the FIFA World Cup opening ceremony in Los Angeles.
Her most recent official music video is “DREAM”, a short-film video released in August 2025 on the LLOUD Official channel. A six-track mini album, PRESS PLAY, has been announced for 23 October 2026, with the pre-release single “SaWaDiKa” ahead of it.
