The group

BIGBANG is G-Dragon, Taeyang and Daesung. The three are signed to different agencies for their solo work — G-Dragon to Galaxy Corporation, Taeyang to The Black Label, Daesung to R&D Company — and reunite under the BIGBANG name, with YG Entertainment announcing and releasing the group’s 2026 records.

On 19 August 2026 they released the digital single BiiiG at 6 p.m. KST to mark the 20th anniversary of their debut. It was the group’s first new music since the digital single Still Life in April 2022 — a gap of about four years and four months.

Two days later the BIGBANG 2026-2027 WORLD TOUR ⟨XX : COSMOS⟩ opened at Goyang Stadium with a three-night run from 21 to 23 August. All three dates sold out. The tour is billed as 33 shows in 19 cities across Asia, North America, Europe and Oceania, running to February 2027.

Before the group’s own return, the three had recorded together as guests on G-Dragon’s single HOME SWEET HOME in November 2024.
